I'm finally finished! What a journey it's been, I remember the intimidation I felt when I opened the first volume of The Last Lion series and thinking to myself, "Yeah, there's no way I'm finishing this anytime soon." After reading through the Preamble and ~20 pages into Part One, I posted a comment on Goodreads remarking on the difference in style I noticed between the third book and Manchester's first two.
